With experience leading international media relations, thought leadership, community organizing, executive counsel, global transformation and employee engagement, Verónica has worked successfully across industries and sectors, in strategic and leadership communication roles at AIG, Bacardi-Martini Inc., and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  She also served as special advisor to the InterAmerican Development Bank and Georgetown University.

A professional, millennial, and mom of two, Verónica has a knack for real talk and bringing humor into everything she does. She is entertaining and engaging, tells great stories, thinks on her feet, and can amplify messages and respond to challenges with action instantly.

Verónica has a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University, and has studied at University of Salamanca in Spain. She is greatly influenced by her Cuban-American heritage and childhood growing up in the heart of Miami. Verónica can present in Spanish and English interchangeably.
