Dr. Vicki Tardino is an organization development consultant and executive coach, and designer of Executive Success, a collection of development solutions for executives and high potential leaders. She has deep experience designing and implementing systems and processes to identify and develop leadership talent and to improve the effectiveness of individuals and teams. Her specialties include leadership development strategy, design and delivery; experience-driven leadership development; accelerating leader transitions; executive presence and team learning.
Vicki’s career has spanned a variety of industries including aviation, aeropace, sales and marketing, finance, energy and higher education. She is an experienced executive leader, having had responsibility for enterprise organization and leadership development for two global organizations.
Her approach draws on her leadership experience and training for a practical, systemic and evidence-based process for achieving sustainable results. She partners with her clients to help them achieve their unique goals, often in the context of organizational transformation. Her clients describe her as strategic, caring, insightful and having an ability to get to the heart of the matter.
Vicki earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, a masters in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and a graduate certificate in Executive & Professional Coaching from the University of Texas-Dallas. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a specialty in Executive, Leadership and Business coaching. She also holds senior level certifications in HR (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). Vicki is President-Elect of the International Coach Federation-New England and co-founder and Membership VP for BayState IO.
